Customs & Duties: For international orders, please be aware that any customs duties, taxes, or local clearance charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for these costs or for delays caused by customs processing.
Dispatch: Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Pre-Order Policy Many of our exclusive 2026 collections are available for pre-order to ensure you don't miss out on limited-edition pieces.

Non-Refundable: Please note that pre-orders are non-refundable. When you place a pre-order, we reserve that specific item from the manufacturer specifically for you; therefore, these sales are final.
Delivery Timelines: Estimated arrival dates for pre-orders are provided by the manufacturers and are subject to change.

Returns & Refunds We want you to be chuffed with your decorations. If an in-stock item isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day return window.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and professional packaging.
Exclusions: As stated above, pre-ordered items and "Final Sale" pieces are not eligible for return or refund.
